After advertising 100% placement for last 2 years local world class engineering college finally somehow managed to give placement to each and every student.
Speaking to our reporter principal of BITCH (Bachelorlal Institute of Technology and Counter Strike, Hissar) college of engineering Dr. Babubhaiyya told, “Our college is one of the top 100 colleges in India according to Top Magazine published by our own institute and printed from printer at our Hon. Chairman’s office. It is spread on sprawling campus of 10,000 sq.ft with lush greenery in two planters placed next to entrance. It is also well connected by road you just have to ask Auto driver to take you to Anna’s Pan Stall which is next to our college entrance. Also our staff is extremely dynamic all of them have managed to complete engineering and all of them have experience of teaching of at least 1 month. All of this SIMPLY WORLDCLASS FACILITY AND FACULTY have helped our students getting placed in reputed firms. Cyberking Cybercafe have recruited all of our 7 computer engineering students, Bablu’s Garage recruited our entire Mechanical engineering batch of 3 students and local mason Khesadilal have recruited our entire civil batch of 5 students. All our students have secured package of 0.84 LPA (Take Home Salary), also our recruiters are also happy with the skills that we incorporated in our students.”
However when we spoke to one of recruiter he revealed, “Dekho bhai, if I keep any person on work I have to at least pay them 300 Rs per day so by recruiting from Engineering College I saved huge on salaries. Also if you give them any amount of work and give them unreasonable deadline they somehow manage to complete the work.”
However package given to students have irked many who are working with IT giants. Speaking to our reporter Sharmaji’s beta said, “I studied hard to get admission into top college, I took huge efforts to score good in my engineering exams, I got extravagant package, my CTC is very high but still my take home salary is nearly same of BITCH students, so it’s time for students to think beyond IIT and NIT.”
