Thiruvananthapuram/Ottapalam: “Image of Virat Kohli doesn’t help the backpacks to be sold out. But recently many PSC aspirants are buying these bags because they have to travel a lot of distance and explore new places in order to find their intended exam centre. The candidates have to carry life saving essential materials like DSLR Camera, Travel Jacket, Power bank, Cooling glass etc. Oh! yes of course, they have to take materials which are not much important , like the hall ticket, ID card and pen”, Mr Shebin Simon, who runs a bag shop in the town answered to our reporter.

Kerala PSC was delighted with this new business venture.

“We are sure that candidates will love this new approach of sending north Keralites to South Kerala and vice versa. They have to remember the exam. Usually when they write exam in a nearby centre they will forget about the exam at the time of results, which are announced after 2-3 years. But this will help them remember the exam and to live in hard situations and explore new places.they cannot simply find the exam centre, because we select centres that does not exist in Google maps and if they exist there will be no network coverage for any service provider near the centre. In Kerala PSC, only the tough gets going as the going gets tough. We have also contacted other state ministries, so that we can send our candidates to Kashmir, Kanyakumari, Porbandar, Silchar or any place which is literally in India but no one aware of it.” Mr M K Sakkeer KPSC chairman explained to our Kerala correspondent.

Meanwhile make my trip, yatra, goibibo are contacted KPSC to join hands with them. So that they can recommendrooms which are at least 20 km away from the intended exam centre for the candidates.
