Clarity required over boss

22, Dec 2017 By shakeel ahmad

KANPUR: The term Boss simply means person above you, a person over you or person in charge. This superior position keeps the individual at the significant spot. This status can be as interesting as the South American deciduous genus wildflower, Plumberia Rubra, grown in the tropical climates. Who is the Boss? This standpoint is as fiddly as none is aware of who actually is the real boss of the team or the serial? We do find ourselves in a qualm over the serial’s Bigg Boss or the team’s real boss.

The suspense is persisting over the clarity in both the cases. There are a lot of viewers regarding the host Salman Khan as the Big Boss. Even the latest season evicted participant, Hiten Tejwani, having full praise for the acclaimed actor, admitted that he was the real Big Boss. Similar doubt goes on with the real Boss of the Indian cricket team. This suspense maintains over Ravi Shastri, MS Dhoni or Virat Kohli. It has always been a topic of controversy. It is fairly hard to identify with the actual boss. So long as the strings of the team captaincy remained in Dhoni’s hands, he was considered to be the team’s boss in every manner. When his age came to an abrupt end, the discussion on this point further got momentum.

In a recent interview the team’s head coach, Ravi Shastri indicated to the Virat Kohli being the cricket team’s real boss.‘Being a matured captain he was capable of honouring every decision of the coach. But he was not under any pressure for saying yes to the coach’s decision’, disclosed Shastri adding that we used to entertain good relations with each other. Though he did not forget to point out that our differences take place but it has not shaken our strong bonding at any rate.
