Why do our politicians not argue on raising India Wall on a pattern of China Wall and Berlin Wall? This will end the problem coming amid the NRC in the state of Assam. The BJP is now started believing more on the usefulness of this document. This leaning has even been confirmed with the party’s voice in support of its implementation in each state.
Besides, the ruling party finds a vast scope of votes on the issue. Opposition asks why is its application delayed in other states? However, the BJP leaders indicated that the Citizenship Register will cover the whole of country after the election of the year 2019.
This topic can have the power to put in the shade previously used vote-inducing issues like the Article 370 and the Ram Mandir, as opposition parties say. In such a case, why do the BJP’s mighty minds not think of raising a big India Wall just the same as China Wall or Berlin Wall in order to minimise unavoidable infiltration?
History tells us after the Second World War, the occupation of East Berlin came into the Russian hands. More than two million East Germans fled to West Germany to escape the communist torture from 1949 to 1961. A Barbed wire construction was not proved sufficient to control the tide of defectors.
Then a concrete structure was replaced with manned watchtowers, though dismantled in the year 1990. But how can those veteran politicians take risk of thinking over such an idea? The senior most leaders like LK Advani and MM Joshi have little say in the top leadership.
If the government would take pains in considering towards that kind of plan, the infiltration problem will be foiled forever. It will be useful from security purpose as well as minimising the foreign exchange problem too in the country.
