Mumbai: A serial Sexual abuser who is on the run from his victims’ families for past few months has appealed to his victims to employ ‘Strategic Restraint’ and free him of his legal burdens.
Two days ago, our special investigative team tracked a serial sexual abuser from the city. Sivram (name changed) had been on the radar of police for the past ten years. He had been charged on five cases of serious sexual assault and harassment, but is out on bail for a long time.
When our team knocked the temporary door of his makeshift house, he was shocked. After being convinced that we are not from Police, he sat down and said his version of story.
“I had always imagined myself as a sexual superpower. Ever since I have come of age, I had been trying to capture the hearts of pretty ladies. Bad thing is, they shout and create ruckus when I express my desire in my own way. I do not know why women always try to pickup fight with me, when I try to cross their lines,” started the serial abuser.
He continued, “When I tried to have fun with this girl ten years back, she tried to report to Police. Her dad intervened and tried to sell her off to me. But some idiots intervened and made her disputed property for me. Then, I tried to cross line with another woman few years later, but my arm was broken by her father. Few years later, one brother of that girl eloped with my sister. It pained me a lot.”
“I was silent for a long time, but every time I try to live my desire, the women or her relatives break any of my bones and also file case on me. Even recently, one girl’s brother entered into my home in the midnight and broke my bike. I’m on bail for a long time, but I cannot risk being in my home. So I started to hide,” said Sivram with shocked face.
“That is why, I urge my victims and their families to use ‘Strategic restraint’ while dealing with me. I might be a monster, but when they put me in jail or attack me, they too come down to my level. They must not be female sivram. They must always be non-aligned to other victims and also stop boycotting the services of my relatives. Few of victims’ families are urging everyone to boycott my brother’s hotel. For heaven’s sake, eating should never have borders,” finished Sivram with folded hands.
