Inside report on inclusion of Vedas and Puranas in engineering curriculum

27, Jan 2018 By satani

The All-India Council for Technical Education has framed a model curriculum recommending students in engineering colleges to study the Vedas, Puranas and Tarka Shastra, the Hindustan Times reported on Thursday. Our fakingnews reporter wanted to get to the root of this brilliant move.

Some upset and some happy with the move

He ran into an inside person in AICTE who chose not to be named, who said, “It is likely that there is a massive re-make in India project going on in the planning stage and the government wants to reorient startup obsessed budding engineers for re-startups.”

Speculations went wild as to what could be this massive project. One conspiracy theory revivalist Giorgio A. Tsoukalos (name changed) suggested that the project could be a revival of an ancient alien spaceship. Facebook page Shanknaad has already started making memes showing that this ancient alien spaceship was in-fact Pushpak vimaan whose ruins were recently found in Atlantic ocean.

Chetan Bhakt tweeted about this based on his know-it-all gyaan, “Teaching yoga can help stereotypically virgin engineering students to control their serial masturbatory habits.” Engineers from youtube channels TVF and The Filter Copy folks re-tweeted and included this as one of their draft ideas. Ramdev loved this tweet and replied “ये Engineering बालकों को स्वयं-सेवक से ब्रह्मचारी बनाने की पहल का हम संपूर्ण समर्थन करते है, और जैसे बताया जा रहा है की पुष्पक विमान की वापसी होगी, तो आशा है की ये Engineering बालक काला धन लेन में उसका प्रयोग कर सकेंगे. (I fully support the initiative of transforming these engineering boys from self-helpers to celibates, and as I hear that Pushpak viman would be coming back to function, I hope these engineers use it to bring back black money).

Arvind Kejriwal warned people, “Pushpak viman project will meet the same fate as the bullet train, it will be outsourced to Japan.”
